Production Process

Our garlic is grown by farmers in the Andalusian provinces of Cordoba and Granada, and in Castilla–La Mancha. We also operate our own garlic farms in Albacete, for which we have selected the highest-quality seed stock.

As the name suggests, spring garlic is harvested in springtime, while our other varieties (red and white garlic) are harvested during the summer months.

After harvesting, the plant is left to dry for several days. When this process is complete, the garlic heads are cleaned and sorted by calibre and weight.

And finally they are packed in the format chosen by the customer. Cold storage preserves its properties and flavour, allowing sales to continue through autumn and winter until the new harvest.
